Summary before taking Liv-Herbal Formula
72 years old patient in reasonably good health till first week of October 2009. Became unwell and had severe bleeding with 5 days of black stool and episodes of vomiting blood and became encephalopathic. He was given 2 units of blood and his hemoglobin went from 89 to 96. Blood work reports suggest Cirrhosis and Doctors see evidence of 2 system (liver and kidney) failure and his prognosis is guarded.
Underlying health condition: Dyslipidemia, Type 2 Diabetes, Osteopenia, Prostatism
Medications: Crestor, Glyburide, Metformin, Didrocal, Synthroid, Terazosin, Alprazolam

Patient was referred to us and put on Liv-Herbal Formula on 6th November 2009.

Blood work, PCR, viral genotyping were done at standard laboratories and Hospitals in Canada.
Note: Patient has recovered and still improving. Liv-Herbal Formula enhanced albumin production and as a result kidney function normalized, therefore, there was no need for diuretic pills. As of Jan. 2010 patient is in good health and spirit and further recovering.

Note: Canada has a national health care plan that covers patients' medical cost. Immediate or frequent medical tests are requested only when physicians consider it is essential, otherwise, they are done every three to six months, or yearly. When the data presented here indicates improvement after 6 or 9 months or years of taking Liv-Herbal Formula, it does not necessarily mean that one has to take it for that long to see an improvement - the medical tests in these cases were done after a longer period of time.
